About the position

The Seating Technician is responsible for assembling and delivering Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) equipment, ensuring that client functional goals are met through fittings and modifications. This role supports the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and contributes to the overall vision of Numotion by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) as needed.
  • Complete assembly of equipment as needed and as directed.
  • Deliver and fit equipment assuring customer functional goals established by the clinical team are met with minimal oversight.
  • Assess and troubleshoot product issues, seeking ATP guidance for solutions and support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse.
  • Maintain delivery vehicle(s) in clean and safe operating condition.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with current business accounts.
  • Ensure documentation is accurately completed per Numotion policy.
  • Comply with all applicable standard safety procedures and regulations.
  • Attend company in-services training sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with the ATP and customer for direction and implementation of solutions.
  • Seek solutions from ATP for any issues or concerns raised by customers at delivery/fitting.
  • Remain focused on assignments through their completion in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.
  • Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies and federal regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED required or a minimum of one year of related mechanical or electrical experience required.
  • Valid State Driver's License with a satisfying driving record.
