About the position

The Second Shift Customer Service Representative at Robert Half is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the evening hours. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will work to build strong relationships with customers while meeting service targets and adhering to company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Providing customer service that aligns with the company's values and mission.
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Building sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Meeting personal and customer service team targets.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Following guidelines for all customer service situations.
• Reporting issues of concern to supervisor or relevant department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Availability to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
