About the position

The Secret Cleared Information Security Analyst at TEKsystems is responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of the Civil Engineer (CE) owned Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). This role involves acting as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the CE control system Community of Interest Network Enclave (COINE), maintaining security compliance, and coordinating with various teams to protect and manage information systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the CE control system Community of Interest Network Enclave (COINE).
• Create and maintain a complete and accurate inventory of FRCS and its components.
• Assist CES personnel with security control implementation and assessment of FRCS.
• Register systems in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) to attain Authority to Operate (ATO).
• Recognize and analyze potential intrusion attempts and compromises.
• Implement counter-measures or mitigating controls as necessary.
• Monitor vulnerability scanning devices to ensure the integrity and protection of networks, systems, and applications.
• Perform periodic and on-demand system audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure the safety of information systems assets from unauthorized access or destruction.
• Conduct Computer Security Incident Response activities and coordinate with AFCEC to report incidents.
• Coordinate with local CES organization and AFCEC/COOI Team for cybersecurity accreditation and protection.
• Provide hands-on operational support for local AFCEC owned network and server equipment.
• Conduct cyber security compliance assessments of US Air Force Civil Engineering control systems.
• Assist in creating and analyzing artifacts required for obtaining ATO on control systems.
• Develop system categorization and network topology diagrams to meet standards.
• Work with local base personnel to document hardware and software lists.
• Create Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for control systems.
• Assist stakeholders with the creation of RMF packages and incident reports.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance and IAT Level II Certification required.
• Experience in cybersecurity compliance assessments and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and system audits.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for ATO processing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) processes.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Knowledge of network topology and system categorization.
