You will engage with clients in a professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary information. Managing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and summarizing legal requests for further review will also be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in drafting preliminary legal documents for attorney review, ensuring that all documentation is prepared accurately and efficiently. Your role will also involve scheduling and conducting meetings with customers, addressing walk-in concerns, and managing appointments. You will be expected to learn and proficiently use specific title software, producing various legal documents after receiving the necessary training. Effective task management and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities concurrently will be crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities
