About the position

Legacy Park Advisors, a reputable CPA Firm located in San Diego, CA, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office and play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Partner and CPAs. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and executing various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting professionally with clients and team members, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills. You will manage scheduling for the Managing Partner's meetings and other office events, ensuring that all appointments are handled efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with scanning and data entry, maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing sensitive information. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is essential, as you will be handling various tasks simultaneously. Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance are crucial, as you may be required to work overtime during our busy seasons, specifically in March-April and September-October. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary for this position.
