The position requires the maintenance of lists such as 'Do not admit to Dance/Activity' and holding student items like cell phones. Inventory management and stocking of office supplies are also part of the duties. The secretary will assist with picture coordination, ID distribution, and the creation of new IDs for students, as well as managing senior panoramic sales and distribution. Other responsibilities include maintaining senior phonetic spelling records and assisting teachers and case managers with student passes and room signs.
