Responsibilities

  • Assist the Resident Manager with the daily operations of Redeemer Village.
  • Process accounts payable and residential rent.
  • Maintain files and perform secretarial functions.
  • Provide administrative support to all staff in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist with the residential admissions process to qualify residents when needed.
  • Utilize all computer software to support the operation.

Requirements

  • High School graduate.
  • Two years of office experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills to include basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience and/or ability to use or learn programs such as Point Click Care (PCC) CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from several people.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Commute between various offices when needed.
  • Available to be flexible occasionally with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
