Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Transcribe meeting notes and other documents with accuracy.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support office management tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA).
  • Experience in office management or executive administrative support is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate proofreading and transcribing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A background in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous.
