About the position

Alaska Marijuana Gardens is a small business located in Anchorage, AK, dedicated to providing high-quality products in the evolving cannabis market. We are seeking a Secretary/Project Coordinator who shares our vision of growth, improvement, and innovation. This full-time position offers an hourly wage between $18 and $24, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks, as well as organizational skills that will help streamline our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders through LeafLink, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will also be involved in the weighing, tagging, and sorting of new harvests and concentrate batches from our lab. Building and maintaining direct relationships with dispensaries that purchase our products will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will managing deliveries and sorting through emails to ensure effective communication. Additionally, you will need to stay informed about new AMCO regulations and ensure that our operations comply with current regulations. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company. Responsibilities
