Responsibilities

• Market vacant units effectively to attract prospective tenants.
• Show available units to interested applicants and provide detailed information about the properties.

• Provide management with regular progress reports on leasing activities and tenant inquiries.
• Assist in the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of leasing experience in residential or commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of successful leasing and tenant relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
