Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large size project teams through various phases of project governance and delivery.
- Focus on customer/agent experience, service & product, networks, BSS & OSS systems.
- Engage in business development activities, including RFPs and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to develop methodologies and tools for the telecommunications industry.
- Provide technical knowledge of telecommunications-centric technology and business platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and twelve or more years of related work experience.
- At least 8 years in a management/technology consulting company.
- 8 or more years of experience in solution definition, architecture, and systems integration in areas like CRM/ERP, e-commerce, and network operations.
- Five or more years in defining/designing complex systems and integration architectures within the telecommunications domain.
- Five years or more experience in business development and client relationship management.
Nice-to-haves
- Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics.
- MBA or master's degree in a relevant area.
- Technology certifications (e.g., Azure Cloud, SAFe, TM Forum, AI/GenAI).
