About The Position
The Secure View Trainer/Technical Writer will be responsible for providing technical training and support for the Secure View system to Customer Support Technicians and end users. This role involves both in-person and remote training, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing trouble tickets related to the Secure View system. The position requires travel to various military bases to deliver training and support services.
