About the position

As a Security Associate Director at Accenture, you will be responsible for creating and implementing security solutions for clients in the healthcare industry. This role involves building client relationships, leading business development efforts, and managing complex security engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to solve client business problems and drive maximum value through innovative security strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business development and proposal efforts for security solutions.
  • Work directly with clients to design and implement cybersecurity program strategies.
  • Translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
  • Assist with selling security services across multiple security products.
  • Drive overall security pipeline growth and opportunity management.
  • Develop written and oral client proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and account teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with security issues in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with security vendors and product capabilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading business development efforts (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry recognized professional security certification (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC) preferred.
