About the position

As a Security Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering security solutions tailored for clients in the healthcare sector. This position involves building and executing a client-focused vision, managing complex security engagements, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will leverage your expertise to solve business problems, develop proposals, and foster relationships with clients and internal teams, all while driving the growth of Accenture's security pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business development and proposal efforts for security solutions.
  • Work directly with clients to design and implement cybersecurity program strategies.
  • Translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
  • Assist in selling security services across multiple security products.
  • Drive the overall security pipeline growth and manage opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with security issues and vulnerability trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with security vendors and product capabilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading business development efforts (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
  • Ability to lead a team and counsel others.

Nice-to-haves

  • Industry recognized Professional Security certification (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC) preferred.
