About the position
As a Security Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering security solutions tailored for clients in the healthcare sector. This position involves building and executing a client-focused vision, managing complex security engagements, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will leverage your expertise to solve business problems, develop proposals, and lead delivery teams, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business development and proposal efforts for security solutions.
- Work directly with clients to design and implement cybersecurity program strategies.
- Translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
- Assist in selling security services across multiple security products.
- Drive the overall security pipeline growth and manage opportunity pipeline.
- Develop written and oral client proposals and assist with qualification of security opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with security issues and vulnerability trends in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with security vendors and product capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading business development and proposal efforts.
Nice-to-haves
- Industry recognized professional security certification (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC) preferred.
