About the position

As a Security Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering security solutions tailored for clients in the healthcare industry. This position involves building and executing a client-focused vision, managing complex security engagements, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will leverage your expertise to solve business problems, develop proposals, and lead delivery teams, all while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business development and proposal efforts for security services.
• Work directly with clients to design and implement cybersecurity program strategies.
• Translate technical requirements into business terms for executive stakeholders.
• Assist in selling security services across multiple security products.
• Drive the overall security pipeline growth and manage opportunity pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with security issues and vulnerability trends in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with security vendors and product capabilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading business development efforts (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Ability to lead a team and counsel others.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry recognized professional security certification (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC) preferred.
