About the position

The Security Account Manager at DSI is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and employees. This role involves overseeing daily operations at the site location, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires effective communication with branch management and clients, as well as participation in training and adherence to DSI's safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Provide general security duties to clients.
  • Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
  • Communicate with Branch management regarding issues, scheduling, staffing, and record keeping.
  • Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, including specific post instructions.
  • Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
  • Act as a liaison with the client and manage day-to-day operations at the site location.
  • Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
  • Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting in all-weather elements.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid State Driver's License is required.
  • Reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Ability to pass all required background and drug screenings.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
