About The Position

The Account Manager at GardaWorld is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients in Tucson, AZ. Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional-level experience required
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of the security industry is a plus
• Excellent management skills
• Customer focus and awareness of internal and external customer needs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills
• Proactive behavior and initiative in seeking new project opportunities
• Adaptability to changes in situation or information
• Ability to pass an extensive background check

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
• Liaise between GardaWorld, clients, and assigned staff
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems and provide status updates
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with assigned accounts' federal, state, and local regulations
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
