About the position

The Security and Compliance Auditor at PSA Airlines is responsible for coordinating security-related programs and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards across all field stations. This role involves conducting audits, maintaining records, and collaborating with various regulatory bodies to uphold safety and security protocols in accordance with federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at all field stations to ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
• Conduct follow-up audits in accordance with Safety Management System (SMS) and Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) requirements.
• Respond to special audit requests from senior management.
• Review audit responses for completion and accuracy.
• Maintain and update audit and evaluation records.
• Communicate and collaborate with TSA, FAA, and PSA representatives as required.
• Participate in station safety meetings as necessary.
• Address station-related operations reports from crews and conduct investigations.
• Participate in aircraft damage calls and investigations with stations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office programs.
• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• Demonstrated authorization to work in the U.S.
• Two years of audit experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field or aviation (preferred).
