Requirements

• With 8+ years of experience, provide security guidance for archive, backup/recovery, and Business Continuity Processes (Disaster recovery) in distributed operations.
• Ensure security requirements are addressed in architectural designs.
• Establish effective Cloud native security strategy, define pragmatic approaches, and develop technical roadmaps for addressing issues and future implementations.

Nice To Haves

• Expert knowledge with containers such as Docker and container orchestration, Kubernetes is required.
• Strong skills in AWS security, Azure security services across compute, storage, network, identify management & security.
• Hands-on technical expertise in Security Architecture, automation, integration, and deployment (DevSecOps).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable distributed systems in AWS.
• Develop and maintain high-performance Kubernetes (k8s) clusters across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain telemetry infrastructure and service instrumentation (Python) for metrics, distributed tracing, and logging.
• Support infrastructure for a petabyte-scale data platform and stream analysis services.
• Work with AI Engineers to accelerate development and deployment of heterogeneous analysis and distributed training pipelines.
• Participate in the definition and management of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for infrastructure and production services.
• Design and implement infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
