About the position

The Martucci Group is seeking part-time security staff for their Trap location in Smithfield, specifically for bar and nightlife hospitality security roles. The position requires working Friday and Saturday nights, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week. Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and interior of the venue to ensure safety and security.
• Utilize de-escalation tactics to manage conflicts and maintain a peaceful environment.
• Stand for extended periods and handle typical and crisis situations efficiently.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting, such as moving and stacking tables and patio weights.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid Guard Card license.
• Previous experience in security is required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Good judgment, communication skills, and an even temperament.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in bar/nightlife security environments.
