About the position

The Security/Concierge position at Three Thirty Three Restaurant Group involves ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The individual will monitor the premises, respond to incidents, enforce policies, and assist with crowd management and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring the premises for security breaches and disturbances.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies that arise.
• Enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain order.
• Monitor crowd behavior and identify potentially disruptive individuals.
• Use conflict resolution techniques to defuse tense situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and directions.
• Assist with first aid or medical situations, coordinating with medical personnel as necessary.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement for effective communication and coordination.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Guard Card
• Armed Security License
• Conflict management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness to stand and patrol for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic first aid certification
• Prior security experience or similar role
