Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
- Observe and survey the assigned area, reporting on activities.
- Respond rapidly in critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as necessary.
- Conduct routine foot patrols of the client facility/property.
- Perform other security duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- Availability to work holidays when needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa State Security license.
