In addition to monitoring security, you will also be responsible for locking doors at designated times, checking the security of all doors regularly throughout the night, and maintaining familiarity with emergency and safety equipment, including security cameras and life safety systems. Your role will also involve responding to emergencies by contacting the appropriate internal and external parties, assisting with disaster management efforts, and escorting residents and visitors to their vehicles during evening hours. The position requires you to handle minor maintenance emergencies, such as plugged toilets or replacing light bulbs, and to ensure that the lobby and administrative offices are kept clean and neat.
