About the position

The Site Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of security staff at a designated site. This role involves managing daily security operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining client relations. The supervisor will lead a team of security agents, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to all relevant laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the field operational performance for the site.
• Monitor, manage, and improve the performance of security staff.
• Maintain client relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct site accountability and inspections.
• Report and investigate incidents as necessary.
• Review daily field documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure disciplinary and corrective actions are carried out in a timely manner.
• Ensure subordinate personnel comply with all policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
• Schedule staff and manage shift assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of security experience (preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Loxley, AL before starting work (required).
