Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, including bag checks and screenings with handheld metal detectors.

• Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and appropriately.
• Monitor cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
