We are looking to add an experienced ICS (Industrial Control Systems)/OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Consultant to an already outstanding team. In this role, you will assess, identify, and develop security solutions for OT environments and the latest industrial technologies across multiple industries. Responsibilities include helping clients assess their security posture, recommending improvements, and implementing those solutions. Assessments include security frameworks, existing security measures, and alignment with best practices. You will have the opportunity to perform testing against ICS/OT devices, networks, and security control mechanisms. This includes testing on devices used in the field as well as future deployment devices, and investigation of device ecosystem and monitoring. Ideal candidates for this category have previous experience supporting monitoring and response operations for OT environments, equipment, and/or systems, OT security sensor/tool deployment, OT security assessment experience, OT security program/governance development, and Systems Engineering experience within OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence, and execute on ICS/OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission-critical industry environments.
• Assess and identify security solutions for OT environments and the latest industrial technologies across multiple industries.
• Help clients assess their security posture and recommend improvements.
• Implement security solutions based on assessments of security frameworks and existing measures.
• Perform testing against ICS/OT devices, networks, and security control mechanisms.
• Investigate device ecosystems and monitoring for ICS/OT devices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in manufacturing facilities, oil and gas facilities, automotive plants, electric substations, water treatment facilities, power generation facilities, natural gas environments, life sciences, or data center OT.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ICS technologies and/or environments such as SCADA, DCS, EMS, DMS, ADMS, PCN, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 6 months experience with cybersecurity functions including vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management in ICS environments, incident response, and monitoring.
• Minimum 6 months experience with common ICS protocols and technologies.
• Minimum 6 months experience authoring detailed reports or deliverables based on security assessments and recommendations, with the ability to present findings to non-technical executive staff.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or OT networking infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Routers, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1 year experience assessing against standards and frameworks including DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP.
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing consulting services in OT security.
