About the position

The Security Intelligence Operations Center (SIOC) Analyst III plays a crucial role in CEVA Logistics' 24/7 global security operations. This position is responsible for developing tactical and strategic security and intelligence products to support the protection of CEVA's assets, operations, and personnel. The analyst monitors global events, assesses risks, and provides critical insights to security leadership and stakeholders, ensuring effective risk mitigation and response strategies are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for CEVA Security and Intelligence leadership in a global security operations center.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide recommendations for controls and defensive measures against advanced threats.
  • Support domestic and international investigations of security incidents.
  • Monitor electronic security measures and relevant world events to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Mentor junior SIOC Analysts by assessing performance and providing feedback.
  • Oversee the CEVA Travel Security Program, managing tracking and response for employees.
  • Dispatch and monitor the security guard force to support safety operations.
  • Notify employees during crises and critical incidents via mass messaging systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during emergencies and critical incidents.
  • Support the development of operational procedures focused on risk and threat mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the CEVA Security Intelligence Officer to develop intelligence reports.
  • Maintain threat assessments and management information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior military or law enforcement experience.
  • Experience in decision-making, multi-tasking, and leadership during high-stress situations.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with current security technologies and open-source search methodologies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate at an executive level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning.
  • Knowledge of international security protocols and regulations.
