About the position
The Security Operations Manager at CEVA Logistics is responsible for leading and overseeing the Security Intelligence Operations Center (SIOC) in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on managing security operations risk through strategic, technical, and operational objectives, while fostering collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders. The manager will drive innovative solutions to enhance the safety and security of CEVA associates and locations globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead a standardized corporate-level strategic planning process for security operations.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and industry peers.
- Collaborate with Security Leadership and Executive Staff to drive long-term strategy and vision of the SIOC.
- Build, lead, mentor, and train personnel to sustain a high-performing team.
- Drive accountability of the SIOC team through Key Performance Indicators and metrics tracking.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence studies, Political Science, National Security, Criminal Justice, International studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of prior relevant experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous investigative experience with law enforcement and/or Fusion Center environment.
- Working knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, and government regulations.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and protocols for standardization and governance.
- Advanced experience in Operations/Crisis Centers, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence.
