About the position

The Technical Specialist position focuses on advanced security solutions, involving the examination and testing of new security technologies, their design and implementation, and the analysis of security incidents detected in IT environments for clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and customer communication skills to ensure effective security management and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, configuring, and maintaining advanced security solutions.
• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues and security incidents.
• Regular professional communication with clients.
• Collaboration with other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and implementing security solutions.
• Practical experience with Nextgen firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint).
• Experience in email and web communication protection.
• Experience analyzing netflow records.
• Experience with NAC.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT in network communication (configuration of switches, routers, Wi-Fi, etc.) and customer support.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes or ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Experience with DLP, WAF, NBA, 2FA, IPS-IDS, log management is a significant advantage.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Interest in modern security IT technologies and trends.
• Very good communication skills, including in English.
• Active driving license (group B).

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of ITIL processes or ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Experience with DLP, WAF, NBA, 2FA, IPS-IDS, log management is a significant advantage.
