About The Position
Join us at Holy Family Hospital, a full-service, acute care hospital with two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill, offering comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatient care, and 24/7 emergency services. Our facilities include three behavioral health units, cardiac telemetry, and critical care service lines. The Haverhill campus features all private rooms, while the Methuen campus boasts a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and is recognized as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction+ Center for Knee and Hip Replacement. The Security Officer position is based at the Haverhill Campus, working overnight shifts from 11pm to 7:30am. Under the general direction of the Security Manager, the Security Officer is responsible for protecting the life and property of all persons on hospital premises. This includes patrolling hospital buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism, securing and unlocking hospital buildings, and responding to the security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors. The role also involves participation in performance improvement activities.
