Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of assigned facilities.
• Act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
• Detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near assigned posts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Work for multiple clients at various locations, covering special projects and open shifts.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize intermediate computer skills to operate client-specific technology.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally.
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience (for driving positions).
• Clean driving record and minimum insurance as required by company policy (for driving positions).
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen.
