The Security Flex Officer position at Allied Universal involves ensuring the safety and security of various facilities. Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the facilities they protect.
• Act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
• Detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near assigned posts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Work for multiple clients at various locations, covering special projects and open shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License required for driving positions, with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds and climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.

• Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
