About the position

The position involves providing security and protection for the casino, its employees, and guests, ensuring the safety of company assets. The role includes monitoring the transfer of money and chips, interacting with guests and law enforcement, maintaining incident logs, administering first aid, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide protection for the casino and all employees and guests.
• Guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor.
• Interact with guests, employees, and law enforcement agencies in a professional manner.
• Maintain a written log of incidents involving guests or employees.
• Prepare detailed reports as required.
• Maintain and inventory first aid equipment on assigned shift.
• Administer emergency medical treatment to injured guests and employees.
• Assess the needs of injured or sick individuals and arrange for rescue units if necessary.
• Ensure departmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report them to appropriate personnel.
• Support and maintain the Caesar's courtesy guidelines.
• Promote outstanding guest relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must be able to acquire a MS Gaming License.
• Candidates must complete all necessary company training and certification training.
