Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests.
- Conduct internal and external foot and mobile patrols throughout the shift.
- Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
- Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Ensure completion of daily activity reports, logs, and camera monitoring via handheld devices and computers.
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid and effective judgment.
- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Intermediate computer/technology skills needed.
- Must be reliable, accountable, and punctual.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Must have a Colorado Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must have a personal vehicle.
- Ability to meet Colorado Springs Business License requirements for Guard Card License.
Nice-to-haves
- Former military or law enforcement experience.
- Experience in security or customer service roles.
