About the position

The Security Officer Level 3 position involves ensuring the safety and security of the premises by patrolling, monitoring, and responding to emergencies. The role requires a proactive approach to protecting property and assets while providing excellent customer service to visitors.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, accidents, and incidents of theft or vandalism
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors

Requirements

• Must have a valid security license or be willing to obtain one
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle conflict management

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
