Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Document routine and unusual events occurring on or near the facilities accurately.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary according to site Post Orders.
• Assist new officers in learning Post Orders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles and 18 years for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications.
