About the position

The Security Officer Lobby Ambassador at Allied Universal is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of clients across various industries. This role involves conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a professional appearance while working in diverse environments. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Document routine and unusual events occurring on or near the facilities accurately.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary according to site Post Orders.
• Assist new officers in learning Post Orders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Applications.
• Ability to analyze high-stress situations and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
