Security Officer (Overnight)

About the position

The Security Officer at Hilton Denver City Center is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining financial profitability. The position requires working overnight shifts on weekends and involves various security-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
• Promote safe work practices among team members and guests.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Write reports and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.

Requirements

• Hotel experience as a security guard.
• Availability to work overnight shifts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
