The Security Officer at Hilton Portland Downtown is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members while maintaining the security of the hotel property. Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
• Promote safe work practices among team members and guests.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Write reports and ensure the accuracy of necessary documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
