About the position
The Security Officer position at Show-Me Organics/Blue Sage Cannabis Co is a part-time role focused on maintaining safety and security at the dispensary in Lebanon, Missouri. The officer will be responsible for monitoring the premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents while ensuring compliance with legal protocols.
Responsibilities
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive.
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch for disruptions or unlawful activities.
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents to management.
- Testing security systems and using provided communication devices, such as two-way radios, clearly and concisely.
- Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
- Supporting the Store Team with cleaning and organizing tasks.
Requirements
- Valid Guard Card license.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Experience in security.
