GardaWorld is hiring for the position of Security Officer - Privacy Flex Officer in Las Vegas. This role offers a unique opportunity to raise the bar for security services in the area. The compensation is competitive, with a starting rate of $23 per hour, and the role allows for daily pay access through DailyPay.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist the front gate officer with visitor management and access control.
  • Patrol the property by car and foot in a safe manner.
  • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
  • Be flexible to work at any site, any time, any shift, and any location as needed.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
  • Document and report any unusual activities or incidents to site management and appropriate authorities.
  • Communicate with the Homeowners Association regarding emergencies or safety concerns.
  • Keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information.
  • Read and write detailed reports.
  • Learn the client's procedures, regulations, and standards to enforce them.
  • Use modern technology and electronics as needed.
  • Greet residents and their guests, verifying their identity and ensuring proper access to the community.
  • Inspect and maintain all security equipment and patrol vehicle.

Requirements

  • Able to pass a Physical Agility Test, including pushups, sit-ups, and chin-ups.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or college degree.
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process.
  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a fast-paced, high-end HOA.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Valid PILB in hand.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
