About the position

The Officer SRT is responsible for providing professional security services to ensure safety and security at the property. This role involves acting as a visual deterrent, responding to emergencies, and mitigating incidents through early detection and intervention. The SRT Supervisor will oversee the performance of SRT Officers and collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement to maintain a secure environment, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and respond to emergency situations including acts of violence, crisis, and natural disasters.
• Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene and summoning emergency responders.
• Render first aid to injured persons and report injuries according to established protocols.
• Safeguard and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of protective equipment and weapons.
• Respond to orders from supervisory personnel during high-risk situations.

Requirements

• Must possess a current state of NV CCW or HR-218 certification.
• Experience as a law enforcement officer or military police officer with knowledge of law enforcement operations.
• Graduation from an accredited law enforcement academy or comparable course.
• Experience in Use of Force decision-making in a public-facing capacity.
• Working knowledge in investigations and possess investigative skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
