About the position

The position of Part-Time Overnight Security Officer at Allied Universal involves safeguarding clients across various industries, ensuring safety and security through active monitoring and response to incidents. Responsibilities

• Patrol the property, secure buildings, and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access points.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and take appropriate action.
• Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Record observations, information, and incidents in daily reports.
• Enforce laws and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Perform security checks, direct traffic, escort visitors, and perform first aid.
• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Access Control/Badge Experience
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
• Customer Service Experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.
