About the position
As a Security Officer Rover - Warehouse at Allied Universal®, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring safety and security through customer service, emergency response, and regular patrols. The role requires a valid Florida Security License and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for clients and their properties.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Security License D License
- Valid Driver's License
- Fluency in English
- Minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions
- Computer knowledge and customer service skills
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
