Responsibilities

  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to deter potential threats and ensure safety.
  • Write detailed and accurate incident reports using company technology during each shift.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts and commitments.
  • Interact with customers to cultivate a positive service relationship and provide peace of mind.
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any customer or property-related concerns.
  • Care for assigned Signal equipment, including radios and vehicles, during shifts.
  • De-escalate issues professionally and promptly through effective communication.
  • Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks and expectations set by supervisors.
  • Participate in daily communication with supervisors to relay client needs and operational updates.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Complete training modules within the first month of employment.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Nice-to-haves
