About The Position

The Security Officer at Lower Bucks Hospital plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, employees, and visitors. Requirements

• Experience in healthcare security or a related field preferred.
• State Guard Certification Registration Card preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• State Driver's license upon hire.
• Current DMV H6 report or Driving History Report.

Responsibilities

• Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and manual rounds.
• Coordinate facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring equitable enforcement.
• Follow guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with the Environment of Care committee to enhance security and safety measures.
• Participate in employee awareness and education programs.
• Drive as needed for company business.
