About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at Falcon Patrol Protection, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and provide assistance during investigations.
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards or vulnerabilities.
• Provide first aid or CPR as needed in emergency situations.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Customer service experience
• Experience with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
• Strong conflict management skills
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in law enforcement or military service
• Experience in customer service (1 year preferred)
