Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving skills.
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder, investigate, and report findings.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long hours.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must stay current with all training and certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
