Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site
• Manage a team of security officers, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and development
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
• Coordinate necessary support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with reporting and contract requirements
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations
• Assist recruiters in identifying and hiring quality candidates
• Develop staff through performance management and training
• Ensure employee grievances are addressed and personnel records are accurate
• Communicate policies and job openings through updated files at each site
• Meet contractual scheduled hours with minimal unbilled overtime
• Conduct site-specific training and maintain operational procedures
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account
• Proactively communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
